What you choose to do with your Texans is completely up to you and A Quarter Of Ltd cannot be held responsible for your actions or their consequences in any way.

Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to our Sweepstakes! By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees of A Quarter Of Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Entries will be accepted online starting from the launch date of the Sweepstakes and ending at 2:30 PM GMT on Friday, 8th December 2023.

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of A Quarter Of Ltd. You may enter only once.

5. Prizes

Ten (10) Winners will each receive two (2) Texan bars. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by A Quarter Of Ltd. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at A Quarter Of Ltd's discretion.

6. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received, where each entrant may have more than 1 entries.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of A Quarter Of Ltd. Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days following selection. A Quarter Of Ltd shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings.

8. Terms & Conditions

A Quarter Of Ltd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond A Quarter Of Ltd's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.

9. Privacy Policy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the A Quarter Of Ltd website.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless A Quarter Of Ltd and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability.

The prizes for the sweepstake are Nestle Texan chocolate bars which were originally available for sale in 2006. The year of the best before date printed on the bar wrappers is 2006. A Quarter Of Ltd is neither offering nor recommending these prizes for consumption.

Once the prizes have been shipped from the premises of A Quarter Of Ltd then A Quarter Of Ltd accepts no responsibility for what the recipient chooses to do with them. The recipient is responsible for acting on their own discretion.

11. Disputes

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
